My first collection; ZEA, was named after my Grandmother Zea Theodora. I chose her favourite songs she would play on the piano, like ‘Moon River’, and had the music scores carefully designed onto each bag. This was an extremely personal touch for me as music is what has bound my relationship with my Grandmother so tightly. Incorporating my two loves family & fashion would have be the key to my success.
As the designs develop they’ve become more and more vibrant, appealing to many different ages. They’re very tongue and cheek, like myself and a perfect way to express yourself wherever you are going.
Using a pearlescent effect for my clutches has been a key element in the design process. There’s something so luxurious & bold about them – like little boxes of art.
My motto in fashion? ‘I’ll stop wearing black when they invent a darker colour’
However, accessories are a completely different ball game – eye catching, statement pieces have ALWAYS been my go to.
Remember nights are more fun with Zeadora by your side!”
